Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Wiggan was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
