History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Gerard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Traulam was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is content; and to find somewhere to settle down
