History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hubert was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was a Miller, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Lezre embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Lezre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Stableman but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Cimer lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now mingles about in high society.
