History: Kava lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kava took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Roofer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Roofer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Roofer soon after.
