Description: This slender man stands about 4'1". He is renowned for his bright grey suits and hats. His black hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gardain embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Gardain was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This man stands a little under 6'7" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He has moderate length brass crest. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She wears professional attire. She is physically well-built. She keeps her long blue crest kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Fletcher business.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Korinn was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: She wants revenge against orcs.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes. He carries with him a set of greatswords on his belt, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He has brown hair. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Bork was born the youngest of three triplets. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brown hair is cut short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Priest. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He dresses well, wearing black shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has wavy blonde hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished scythe as well. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is renowned for her bright violet dresses and hats. Her red hair, when down, is lengthy. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: This woman loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by her family
