History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barkeep.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he tends to wear a large brown jacket. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Baern hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Baern was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Baern took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. After coming to the age of reason, Roger took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Thervan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Andraste's homeland. Andraste decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Andraste was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.
