Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jillian embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Assassin business.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Jillian was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jillian's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Shedinn hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many illithids want him driven away

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Barendd was born with his mother's beautiful face. Barendd was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Priest. He became a Priest soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She has styled her silver hair well, parting it to the left. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother

Personality: Eran speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Engraver. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Engraver for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. One day when Neega was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Neega was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady brown eyes.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rael grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
