History: Born in the south to a Doctor, Callybon learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Yvonne hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her 19th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Farmer for the past few years.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He got into the Shipwright business at a young age. Pallabar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Pallabar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
