Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She tends to wear a tan poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Buvvie was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Buvvie fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Description: Her skin is bronze and flawless. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She is an epitome of beauty. She keeps her black hair in a pixie cut. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Chenna liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and green handkerchief worn on her right side. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Gurdis's homeland. Gurdis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Cartwright for the past few years.
Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: A 5'11" northern man, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bûth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bûth. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: Trail was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
