History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Butcher they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Unemployed, and she later adopted a second son.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Animal Trainer, Rieta learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears just a brown suit. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Beloril and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Kâka hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting gnolls, the young Kâka began to lead the lost caravan. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
