History: He was born in the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears rags and sports a simple walking cane and is in decent physical shape. Her brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jasmine grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jasmine. She now owns her own business.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and is pretty ugly. His long dark red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady black eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Valafar was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Marshal.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lamlis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She is an average looking western female in her early mid-life. She wears professional attire. She has shaved her head bald. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is wracked by social anxiety

Description: This man is very fat, and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Aust was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He struck the Guard job and began his own company from there.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Alston was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. During his travels, Alston and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Alston discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Alston fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he's looking for his big break
