History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
