History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

History: She was born in the west. Moon was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ploughman. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This dark-skinned female is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Hunter. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her brown hair is wavy and long. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bricklayer. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Ploughman business at a young age. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
