History: Raiann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country.
