History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
