Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Merchant for the past few years.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age her mother died while driving off some illithids. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in longbow use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants her loneliness to end

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Lone reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
