History: Gilkass hails from a village terrorized by giants. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest woman in the north

Personality: He is fixated on the number 16. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jebeddo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is a hateful person. She taunts others and blames them for her problems. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Cook but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Breena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Breena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Breena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Farmer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Farmer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
