Personality: He is happy with his job as a Masseuse. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her pastel robe. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Naivara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Naivara was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a tan broad hat and tan clothes. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Adran embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He dresses like a well dressed Beggar does. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He struck the Beggar job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: A 5'9" northern woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Morana was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Priest. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she's attracted to the pc

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He uses divination through singing.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bricklayer and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and a deep hatred of brigands
