Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Gifted from a young age, Arumawann studied abroad. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Detective for hire.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born into a rich family. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Oriax was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has achieved small success as a Weaver.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of a Armorer, who enjoyed hunting, Tûhorn was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He keeps his long black hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
