History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered orcs who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born in the east. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and revenge
