History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He worked as a nervous Dyer and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: 5'9" and muscular, this western woman is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is chestnut and very short. Her half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a great chef.

History: Huru was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. After coming to the age of reason, Huru took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: Born to a Barber, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Seamstress. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Delre is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Doctor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Sun alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a deep hatred of giants

History: Calcitro was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears an entirely white suit with black socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her hair is blonde and very short. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
