History: She was born in the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nagrette was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Nagrette alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 59. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Hupe was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hupe's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
