History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Nella was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nella's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Leaf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born into a rich family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: Dynamic was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: Nicholas was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
