Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Ruler soon after.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears dull white sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longbow, just in case. His head has been shaved. His hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Tod was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bowyer. Being a Bowyer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wants his loneliness to end

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She was granted druidic powers by her dying sister.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In her 17th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
