Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her scarlet crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a card scrunchie. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Pogranix hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Pogranix alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Pogranix was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Shepherd but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. A true patriot, Arnold would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by drow. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Stylist. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stylist for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many drow want him driven away

When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. She wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat, marred by chocolates. Her hair is short and white. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eridred grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eridred. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture

His one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the north were limited. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is greedy.
