Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. A true patriot, Mamnen would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He struck the Assassin job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a tan vest and prefers brown and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Dimble is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.
History: Ella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Morkral was taken on many hunting expeditions. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morkral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
