Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hirrathak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Hirrathak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hirrathak decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Emma was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is greedy

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fletcher born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the west to a Fletcher, Peren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
