Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a simple black robe with violet stripes complete with hood. He sports a flattop crest cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of a Doctor, who enjoyed hunting, Mugrunden was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in the east. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Travok lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Baker. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and a strong sense of loyalty to half-elven people

Description: This late middle aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat and is in decent physical shape. His hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her hair is silver and very short. She has gray eyes and a white hat with a black feather.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a black armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. His red crest is knotted and matted. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Navigator but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Lavinia and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she's repulsed by the pc

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Ploughman. Her deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Yurgunn would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting orcs, the young Yurgunn began to lead the lost caravan. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
