Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is renowned for his bright tan suits and hats. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to clean up the streets

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Anselm's homeland. Anselm decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. After months of barely getting by, Sybil managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
