He prefers to carry a shortbow, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His long red crest is drawn into a two foot long braid. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. His eyes are gray.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spy business.
History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: Surina hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Surina alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Gimble abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baradad grew up listening to his father's many stories. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born in the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Xanaphia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
