History: She was born in the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelaide grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and money/treasure

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Boddynock's homeland. Boddynock decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. After a long history of fighting, Boddynock and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and seeks redemption
