History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Oppleby was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Anthony and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has all his life been fascinated with music.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He worked as a nervous Guard and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
