Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Balifra will drive conversation. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Bowyer, her father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He wears bulky brown painted plate armor. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Detective profession.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Body Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His chestnut hair is still thick. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Ur-Edin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is greedy

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. His hair is cut close to his head. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines white.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the east. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to be a navigator again

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oloric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
