History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born in a small desert village. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Balifra was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balifra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balifra. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: Standing 5'0", this man has the majority of his body covered in plate. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He is baby faced.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Bather. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Aldous lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He struck the Bather job and began his own company from there.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She dresses like a well dressed Shepherd does. Her black hair is singed and shortened. She has amber eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shamil embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Shepherd job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it

History: Sorath was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She would ruin relationships and cause injury.
