Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gifted from a young age, Silaqui studied abroad. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
