History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arannis does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arannis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Everard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Sumnes was born the youngest of three triplets. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Aldous was born with his father's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Gormogord enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Glassblower soon after.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and to be a miner again

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Gorfel was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mason. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants his loneliness to end
