He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now mingles about in high society.
