History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Architect kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has black hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Verna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Verna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A stocky lighter skinned man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady green eyes.

Personality: Carrie wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Carrie was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for her, and Emerald does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emerald was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

She has done her best to style her brown hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Susannah lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Merchant, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She is a great chef.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Hlin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with her absent father
