Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a brown vest and prefers grey and brown shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He became a Miner soon after.

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Isabella was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born in a small island village. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Riardon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Guard, but he got bored and became a Laborer. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His childhood dream was to be a Barrister, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Sariel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Sariel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She bought a nunchaku and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A freak accident while working with his Banker mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
