History: Born to a Unemployed, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: An older man who is typically in his Soapmaker uniform, he is not a threatening figure. He has copper crest. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears silk and lounges about seductively. Her brown fur has been sun bleached extensively. Her half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Spear was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Thiala and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

To get what you want from life, you must take it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bowyer for the past few years.
