History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Jeweler. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Jeweler.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. His hair is golden, silky, and of moderate length. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: Conrad is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Conrad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second son.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has all her life been fascinated with poetry.

History: She is a Jackalwere in disguise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
