History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Ralf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his writing dream.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Brottor was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Irann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her first spouse was a Spy, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Spy. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sumnes was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
