Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Emerald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Emerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Barkeep soon after.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Merla isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Tordrid was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Tordrid never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family One day when Paela was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Paela was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: Dwarven compassion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She has moderate length blonde hair. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed blue hat.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When Quilla reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Quilla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears a black small hat and black clothes. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His silver unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A freak accident while working with his Fisher mother left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Bathin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.
