History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Through the years after Whurbin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Whurbin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is a Layabout first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Layabout business.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Layabout. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Chem hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with blue colored cloaks and clothing. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. Her brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Sumnes does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the east. When Sumnes reached her early adolescence her Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Halimath was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Expand his business; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with her brother.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tordek does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Tordek was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tordek was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Carpenter like his father before him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
