Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Stableman business.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: She wears a black broad hat and black clothes, and carries crossbows. Her hair is blue and very short. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Makaria grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Makaria. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mindartis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She struck the Bookbinder job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she is greedy
