History: Mindartis was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Hatae never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A freak accident while working with her Shepherd mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is a Roofer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. One day when Kriv was young, his father was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his father dropped to the ground dead. His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kriv was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a Beggar, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: Mardred is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bookbinder business.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. Her childhood dream was to be a Courier, but she was a colossal failure. She's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Gifted from a young age, Tippletoe studied abroad. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.
