History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A 3'2" southern woman, she is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She has wavy golden hair. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her Stetson tan hat.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Pyntle and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born into a rich family. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This malnourished woman is dressed in an above average manner. Her hair is long and red with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small tan clips. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sage hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

Description: This slender woman stands about 2'8". She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born in the north. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and wants a kiss

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her childhood dream was to be a Barber, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Farmer for hire.

Motivation: To be a Barber again; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he's looking for his big break
