History: Halander hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Tanner job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
