Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Gomory and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Eldeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To be a Farmer again; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Hlin was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she has a crush on the local painter

Description: This tall, slender man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has done his best to style his brass crest to look like a famous performer. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gold.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nadarr was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and regain custody of his son

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Gifted from a young age, Mugrunden studied abroad. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
