History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Cecily was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
